"Re-Birth" (2020)
The resurrection problem began with objects.
While objects are matters, moods are nonentities. One is physical, the other is cerebral. Both are different, yet they seem to collide with one another, creating an ethereal feeling - coloring the state of my subconsciousness.
The apparition to the works are the intangible emotions formed by the fears of each mortal that surround the scene. Like an essence of nightshade, most are dark and dim - conveying deep forbidden secrets and creating tensions of romanticism and melancholia in my cinematic universe of dystopian beauty.
After all, we’re in the absence of light - and that’s where energy dwells.
